Admission Timeline

To apply for a UG program in Ukraine, you must:

  • Choose a program according to your preferences
  • Shortlist the universities where you wish to apply
  • Check that you meet all eligibility requirements
  • Gather all necessary documents (academic transcripts, SOPs, LORs, etc.)
  • Take the required standardized tests (IELTS/TOEFL, etc.)
  • Apply via the official website of the Ukrainian State Center for International Education
  • Pay the application fees & submit all documents

Once you send in your applications, you'll receive the results within a few weeks, after which you can apply for a student visa.

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine charges approx. USD 350 (approx. 27,850) for the UG admission process to study in the country. This charge includes fees for invitation from the university, information support, airport pick-up and drop to your desired university. Additionally, you must bear the application fees for English language proficiency tests like the IELTS/TOEFL, which are approximately INR 15,500.

To apply for postgraduate courses in Ukraine, you must:

  • Shortlist the program you wish to pursue
  • Check the eligibility requirements at the universities offering the program
  • Ensure that you meet the criteria (some universities require GRE/GMAT/LSAT exam results in addition to English language proficiency test scores)
  • Apply via the official website of the Ukrainian State Center for International Education
  • Fill out the application form & submit all documents
  • Pay the application fees

Once you complete the application process, you must wait for the university to send you an “Invitation to Study”. After you register your invitation letter with the Ukrainian Ministry of Education and Science, you can apply for your student visa.

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine charges approx. USD 450 (approx. 35,750) for the admission process to Master’s courses or higher in the country. This cost includes the university’s invitation fee, student support, and pick-up and drop from the airport to your institute. Additionally, you must bear the costs of language proficiency tests (approx. INR 15,500) and other entrance tests as required by the institute.

  • Ensure that you meet all eligibility requirements (some institutes require you to provide your GMAT/GRE scores or have at least 2-3 years of work experience if required)
  • Apply via the official website of the Ukrainian State Center for International Education
  • Fill out the application form and pay the application fees

  • Attend the interview (if required)

Once the university processes your application, it’ll send an invitation letter to confirm your place.
