Admission Timeline

Once you have shortlisted the institutes and finalized the program, you can apply for any undergraduate course in the UK through the university's official website. However, the best option is to register with the Universities and Colleges Admission Service (UCAS) and let them take care of the entire process.

If you wish to apply for UG courses via the UCAS, you must pay £20 (approx. INR 1900) for a single choice and £26 (approx. INR 2500) for multiple options. Moreover, the application fees for UG courses in institutes across the UK can range from £50 to £100 (approx. INR 4800-9500). In addition, you must include the fees for your English language proficiency test and other miscellaneous expenses.

Unlike admission in the undergraduate where registering with the UCAS is the norm, you can directly apply to Master’s degree programs from the institute’s official website. However, the UCAS Postgraduate also provides application management for a few institutes.

When applying for postgraduate courses in the UK, you'll have to pay the application fee, which varies from £75-100 (approx. INR 7100-9500) depending on the university you wish to apply to. Additional costs include the IELTS/TOEFL/PTE Academic/GRE fees.
