The GMAT exam fees in India costs $275, which is approximately equivalent to 22,800 INR.  In addition, there may be an additional fee if the candidates want to change the test location or reschedule it. Those candidates who fail to appear for the exam will be charged the full cost of the GMAT.

GMAT Cancellation Fee

If any student wants to cancel the exam 1 to 14 days before the exam conduct date then they will be required to pay $200 however they will get refund of $50. Whereas if any student cancels their exam before 15 to 60 days from the date of appointment then they will be charged $175 and get a refund of $75. In addition if the student cancel the test beyond 60 before the date of appointment then they will be charged $150 and will get $100 as  refund. Furthermore, within 24 hours of the scheduled test and time, the appointment for the test cannot be changed or cancelled.

GMAT Rescheduling Fee

How to Register for the GMAT Exam?

Create an account- Make an account on, which is the official website for the GMAT. One can do this by clicking the sign-up button on the page's upper right corner. Once the candidate will click on it, they will see a new page where they will be required to enter their contact details, including their email address, name, age etc.  

Begin the registration procedure- Once the candidate made an account, they may commence the registration process. To accomplish this, candidate must click the exams button in the top left corner of the page. When the student will click on it, they will be sent to a different page. On that page candidate must input all of their  personal data, including their name, phone number, address, and country where they live.

Filling optional information- After entering all of the personal information, candidate must fill out the optional fields by providing details about their academic performance, employment history, etc. Candidate can, however, decide to omit this action.

Verify the profile- After the submission of the required information, GMAC's account processing personnel will receive candidate's registration request. Within two business days, the registration request gets processed.

Date selection and scheduling the exam- Once the request has been validated, candidate can choose a date and book an exam time slot. At candidate desired location, they have the choice of up to three test centres. The time and date can also be chosen based on the candidate preferences. If the test centre is not available due to covid 19 pandemic then student can give the GMAT online test from the comfort of their home.

Pay the enrolment fee- Student will be required to complete the registration process after paying registration fee of $250, or roughly 18,300 INR.

  • The appointment will be immediately cancelled if any of the above-mentioned cards are denied; candidate will then be required to book another test slot along with a valid payment.
  • In addition to this, the registration will be revoked if the candidate uses a fake card.  If candidate possess any prior GMAT scores, they might be cancelled. Furthermore, GMAC will inform the relevant law enforcement agencies and business schools.
